‘Adjustment’ competes at Interfilm filmfest

Iranian short film ‘Adjustment’ has made way to the Interfilm International Short Film Festival Berlin in Germany.

The 15-minute short, directed by Mehrdad Hassani, is representing Iran at the 2022 edition of the event.

‘Adjustment’ tells the story of little kid who has been shamed and pushed away by his family and friends. Having been through variety of ordeals and with a messed up mind and identity, Shahrokh, must face the people of his village and show up in the class before his classmates.

The key cast members of the flick are Mansour Nasiri, Moeen Asoudeh and Fatemeh Moradi.

The film has already participated in a number of global events, including the Busan Int’l Short Film Festival in South Korea, the FIN Atlantic Int’l Film Festival in Canada and the Sedicicorto Int’l Film Festival in Italy.

Every November, the Interfilm festival brings the audience more than 400 short films. The festival includes special programs, regional focuses, film talks, workshops, concerts, parties and networking meetings as well as industry events.

The 38th edition of the festival is currently underway from November 15-20, 2022.
